Intro
Founded in the mid-nineteenth century, KUALA LUMPUR, or KL as it's popularly known, is the youngest Southeast Asian capital and the most
economically successful after Singapore –and it's still growing: building sites abound and the city is
awash with stunning examples of modernarchitecture, not least the famous Petronas Towers and the recently opened Museum of Islamic Arts.

Bukit Nanas
Bukit Nanas near Kuala Lumpur Tower is one of the oldest permanent forest reserve in the country. It was gazetted in 1906 and was formerly known as Bucket Weld Forest Reserve. It covers an area of approximately 11 hectares and is the only remaining tropical rainforest in the heart of the city of Kuala Lumpur. It celebrated its Centennial Anniversary in year 2006.

Concept & style
The site is situatued in a slope condition at Bukit Nanas (fully green). Fractal Geometry has been employed in this design concept. It was the universal idea that the natural encoded with the modern art. The railings,door handles,benches,chairs,staircase are all based on Fractal Geometry the new age that is dawning.


Goal
To create and design a modern tourist information centre which provide cafe(internet access),mini post office,artist studio,gallery, mini theater,money changer, ATM machine,surau and information centre as well.


Objective
Tourist Information Centre plays an important role in marketing the destination as a place to visit to stimulate tourism and bring in revenues from such visitation. They also will work with travel agencies, to create marketing packages and advertising messages that will benefit the area
from a tourism standpoint.
